I currently work for Gibson Engineering, a leading solutions provider for world-class manufactures of industrial automation products. Gibson specializes in everything from machine vision and motion control, down to machine framing and safeguarding. Similar to Workforce Innovation Partners, Gibson Engineering focuses on increasing the productivity, competitiveness, and profitability of the companies we do our business with. I have the privilege of taking charge of Gibson's Inside Sales Department, allowing me a chance to work with customers on both the technical and financial aspects of the projects they work with us on.

I lead Workforce Innovation Partners where our teams of experienced advisers work side by side with business leaders to grow faster and perform better by targeting the "6 C's" of workforce performance: Capability, Capacity, Cost, Composition, Culture and Change. I also serve as a Coach and Mentor to early-stage entrepreneurs through MassChallege, the largest startup accelerator in the world.
Stacey Kimmett
I also work at Gibson Engineering, where my role isn't fully defined but I get to work in many facets of our business. Mostly I work with the sales and marketing groups on lead retrieval and follow up. Secondly, I work closely with our production team to manage job scheduling and inventory. Finally, I also would be considered the event planner of Gibson Engineering. I schedule and prepare for all of our trade shows, training classes, sales meetings, and customer events.
